Refund and Cancellation Policy

At DesiSalary, we strive to provide accurate and helpful financial planning tools for government employees. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Nature of Products

Our premium features, specifically the "Full Pay Fixation Report," are digital products generated in real-time based on the data you provide. Once a payment is successful and the report is generated/displayed, the service is considered "delivered."

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of digital downloads and the instant delivery of our reports, we generally do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed and the report has been generated.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • The report is based on projected estimates and is for informational purposes only.
  • You have verified your input data (Basic Pay, Level, Dates) before proceeding to payment.
  • No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or "incorrect data entry" by the user.

3. Exceptions & Special Cases

We want you to be satisfied. We will consider refund requests only in the following technical scenarios:

  • Double Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same report due to a technical glitch.
  • Failed Generation: If the payment was successful but the report failed to generate or download due to a server-side error on our part, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

4. Cancellation Policy

Since the reports are generated and delivered instantly upon payment, there is no "cancellation" window once the transaction is initiated. You cannot cancel a report generation once the payment is confirmed by our payment gateway.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your case falls under the "Exceptions" listed above, please email us within 24 hours of the transaction:

  • Email: jobhuntexpress.in@gmail.com
  • Required Info: Transaction ID (from Razorpay/Email), the Date of Purchase, and a brief description of the technical issue.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
